Briagolong Film Festival screens Future Morwell Snapshot 2016

On Saturday Night the Briagolong Film Festival screened our Future Morwell Snapshot 2016 Film (below) as apart of their popular short film program which features "a celebration of Gippsland’s creative talent, from children making their first film to experienced amateur filmmakers, featuring documentaries, slideshows and community projects and iconic Gippsland scenery."

Interface Studio Completed

Students that had undertaken the Interface Studio, lead by the OUTR Research Group have now completed their final presentation, and exhibition. Congratulations to all the students involved.

Czech artist Prokop BartonĂ­cek and German artist Benjamin Maus collaborated to create the Jller, an incredible kinetic machine that easilysorts random stones from a specific river by their geological age using pre-defined data ranges to guide the process.

Students prepare for Interface Studio

Currently, a group of Upper Pool Landscape Architecture Students at RMIT are preparing their work for the INTER/FACE Studio Final Review. The work is being lead by the OUTR Research Group, and once again focuses on exploring alternative adaptive futures for the Coal Mines and their related townships.
